HB Speed vs Gruppe S vs Road Race Engineering

Hello all,
I am looking to get a tune for my evo 8, and was wondering what you guys thought about HB Speed, Gruppe S, and Road Race Engineering. Which one would you guys choose to tune your cars, who is most experienced, who offers the best pricing, and which of them is gunna pull the most power out of my baby as safely as possible. You're pretty close to LA, why not Shawn Church at Church Automotive? He's like one if not the best tuner in So Cal IMO.

HB Speed will blow your motor, Gruppe-s, heard many weird bizzar things they do, but don't blow motors.
RRE, just too many good things about them. Spend some time, do some of your homework on the shops, you'll find your answers.
