Talking New owner of an EVO. Hello all.

Hello everyone. I'm a new owner of a mostly stock EVO IX SSL which I bought a week before Memorial Day weekend. I've been a member here since last August and I figured now since I actually own an EVO I'd introduce myself. I joined at that time because I was in the market for 3 sets of EVO VIII wheels which I ended up buying from members here. I also own a 1998 GSX 5 speed and a 2003 GTS Spyder 5 speed which is being built into a 3.7L turbo AWD. It will be the first V6 3G with AWD in the world. I am a frequent member of Club3G and also a member of DSMTuners where I spend a little time. Obviously you can tell I love . I know for a fact there are members here from Club3G also and they know what I do. I have my hands full now with building the 3G and the 2G and once they get finished I'll turn my full attention to building the EVO. That's about it, thanks for having me.

My 1st experience with forced induction was with a RIPP SDS. I bought a 2nd 3G and built a 3.0L motor and threw that in. I made 323whp with it. I actually still have the SDS in my basement, trying to sell it on Club3G but members on there are lowballers. It was a bit of a headache for me in the beginning as well. Since I live in NYC I had everything done at RIPP. They're some good guys and we still have a good relationship. Thanks.

I know. It's just I've spent the past 2 years almost on my 3G build and then I purchased the 2G GSX and started building that, I need to get some rest mentally. Building Mitsu's is some stressful sh*t. I'm waiting on the outcome on something financial and if that goes through then the EVO will get built.

welcome. just relax from building the car for a little, enjoy it as it is, then go for the build, that way you'll even appreciate it better
