Cat Back Exhaust help

Okay... I have the stock exhaust and have heard if you change to a cat back it is really a performance jump. So I was hoping everyone could help me... This is what I want in my cat back:

1) Easy to install by myself
2) Has the O2 Sensor plug
3) Uses Factory hangers
4) Sounds good and looks good
5) No more then $750

I was looking at the following so far: Borla, HKS, Perrin, and Busch

What do you guys think???
