Will an after market ebay lower intercooler pipe work just as well as an aftermarket one?

I know some top brands probably use better material other than aluminum for there licp...but are the gains really that much different?

 

The licp is not a very complex piece. You're probably safe buying one. Same complexity as test pipes and o2 housing and people have seen comparable gains. However, you can probably buy a reputable brand licp used on the forum pretty cheap.

 

There is one on Ebay that is almost a direct copy of the AMS LICP without the bracket. Some people are using it.
