Mark my words...economy is going to get worse as soon as Obama does not renew the Bush tax cuts..next year will be much worse.

What happened that it has a salvage title? I am sketched out by it because of the mods and who knows who tuned it along with some sort of accident. Can you find out further information such as vehicle history and modification list from the current owner?

the price seems very fair for a salvage title with low miles, BUT i would get some more history about the car, where it was hit, and what has been replaced etc etc

I would definitely check into why it has a salvaged title, and what Mod's have been done to it, then try to haggle the price from there =]

It could just be theft recovery.

Other than that, looks pretty clean!

If its a FLOOD damage run the other way. I have done rebuilds for 13 years now and you do not want to deal with the nightmares of a flood vehicle. 11k would be top dollar if it runs good and can pass a clean bill of health from a reputable Evo tunning shop.

If your worried about the stretch for a $14k car then an evo isn't the car for you right now.
