For me its the steering ratio. I think that's the key to why the car is so much fun (in stock form anyway). I just love how alive it makes the car feel. I believe its one of the quickest of any production vehicle.

I love how I didn't know exactly how beat to hell mine was before I bought it, now I'm basically replacing everything on the car.....yay negative bank account lol. However I think in the end when its rebuilt it will be ten times more satisfying

I hear ya!

Steering response is something I really like as well, also how comfy the seats are even for long trips.

I didn't expect the attention. I'm an older guy who had no idea that this car would cause consistent and repeatable reactions from a large group of people. Not just the younger crowd. I tell folks, you haven't lived until you've seen how people behave when they seen an Evolution rolling down the street. I've come to really enjoy it.

Sorry Only Fumes

1.)Extremely low insurance and 2.)good reliability.

My only negative ...., not so much about the car but the pos Honda owners that rev the hell out of their engines in my neighbor because they see a evo parked. And when I pull out, their quite as a Hybrid (with a look n their faces like I'm the crazy one--maybe I am. Go to Hell)

Mine is cheap! for a 26 year old man married.

I love the traction and the way 1st and 2nd gear pull.

The handling. Obviously, I've heard of Evo's being amazing handling cars, but going from never driving an Evo before, to driving my 2005 w/ Tein Coilovers, I was WOW'D.

Thing handles like it's on rails!

My insurance is really low - about $95 a month. The biggest surprise for me when buying this car was definitely the handling as well. I knew it handled well from everyone talking about it but until you've been driving one for a couple of weeks and get a good feel for it, you just can't understand how good it actually does respond when you push it hard for the first time.
