Question Turbo Question

Alright, i have a 2003 OZ Rally, and ive been looking at Greddy turbos, The biggest Question i have right now is how many pounds of boost can a stock OZ handle? I really would rather not find out the hard way....

greddy turbos? well, unless you REALLY know what your doing, and your setup is clean, the engine can handle 9 psi daily on stock internals (with intercooler obviously), but i WOULD NOT recommend boosting that high to start at all

Thanks for the imput, another question would be how much would it cost to reinforce the internals for a higher psi??

its more like 8 psi daily with PERFECT tuning...i don't think the stock piston's ring lands would like 9 psi daily...unless your running race gas but i still don't think it would last that long.
