Buying a used evo

Im new to evos and wanted to buy a evo, it has about 63,000 miles on it. I was wondering how often the turbos have to be maintainenced and if there is any way to tell if the car isnt running properly. Also when you get your cars serviced, I heard that you have to get high performance matnience done. How much does this cost? Also any other things to look for would be great. Thanks!

you keep up with the maintenance like every other car. make sure its never been modified to hell and back than put back to stock. make sure theres no crazy whining noise at 60+, clutch engages good and smooth and the tranny shifts smoothly. some will suggest a turbo timer to help lengthen the life of the turbo. just keep up with the maintenance, and if you start modding tune, and tune often

Normal car matinence (oil change, brake pads, tires, etc), becuase i have been told that their is high performance matinence also. If anyone knows anything about that please let me know.
