Brakes

hey does anyone think that the brembo brakes from tiretrack.com are worth it? they are 160 a pair and are drilled. does not warranty against warping or cracking, but theyre brembo, so does that mean they may be better than the cheap ones? it seems like a good deal, and if they do crack or warp eventually then i could just go back to stock.

ok i see it..hmm i dont like how it says "Drilled vented rotors Not recommended for track use. Do not use with race compound brake pads. Drilled rotors are not warranted against warping or cracking."

yeah, me neither, but i dont go to the tracks anyway, and are the RRM pads 'race compound brake pads'? if not then i could use them. the whole warrenty got me thinking though, the fact that it sez that there makes me think it happens alot. so im 'ify' about it. what i want to know is that will they warp or crack on me, i drvie highway everyday, and hardly the streets. so i dont know.;

ive posted this like 2 million times, lol, but ill do it again, dont get them, they will more than likely warp or crack on you if you drive hard, the reason for this is because that the stock size rotor was not menat to have holes in it, if you want cross drilled you need larger rotors than stokc, the brembo drilled are the same size as stock, means no good, im not even sure why they sell them, but it would be a waste of money if you ask me

its not weird, its basic physics and logic, the holes placed in the rotor cut down on the amount of surface space and area holding the entire rotor together, thats why you would want larger sized rotors if you went cross drilled

edita; if you were saying its weird how the ones on tirerack are cheaper, than my mistake, heh
