Hey guys, I just picked up an electric blue 2006 evo IX. It was at a carmax in georgia, but I had them transfer to birmingham, AL. It had about 37k miles on it, works stage 2 sport suspension, mbc, nice 3" exhaust from 02 housing back. Anyone out there know who sold it? Seems ok so far, other than notchy shifting. From reading several posts about it, seems common, and can be improved with some new bushings.

I've also still got a turbo 2002 3g eclipse 4cyl that I'm going to eventually sell. But who knows, I've been thinking about putting a built motor in it and keeping it.

Wow! A member here since '03 and just now getting an Evo. Congrats on your purchase. Treat it well and it will do the same in return!

 

I joined way back then to search the forums for parts. I didn't even consider getting an evo until very recently, my eclipse has always served me well.
