good to know, car is currently still under warranty, maybe they can do something about it even if the light's not coming on consistently

What do you mean all three lights turn on? are they supposed to stay on if there is an issue? or is it when you first start your car and the 3 lights flash once and then sets in the position it was last set to?

It's normal for all three to come when when first starting the car, but if they stay on then something is wrong.

Generally it occurs when the motor is removed.
The output circuit of the ACD mode indicator lamp may be faulty.
Probable cause:
- Harness or connector fault.
- 4WD-ECU fault.
- ACD mode indicator lamp assembly fault.

Check with MUT-II

Same thing is happening to me, but i just had my pump replaced cause I hit the old one and it broke. On a side note, the Anti Lock light is tuned on, BEFORE the ACD lights all came and stayed on.

I thought our cars dont have traction control. I might be ignorant about this though, dont flame.

I didn't put my ebrake all the way down and all three lights went on. Dropped ebrake all the way lights went off. I don't know if it was coincidence or related

this has happened to me 3 times now.... heres what fixed it for me

1. there are wires going from the front of the car, over the inner fenderwells and to the abs senosrs (or somewhere like that)... the wires unplugged from the tires rubbing that area... just soldered the wires and rerouted them away from the tire...problem solved.. (well, that was #1 and #2, it happened to both sides)

***THE ONE BELOW IS PROBUBLY YOUR PROBLEM************

2.. i somehow grounded out the battery terminal and the acd pump fuse blew (the fuse is on the positive battery terminal, the 60A one on the left front of the terminal).. u may have blown it without even knowing it like i did.. tore the whole car apart trying to figure out what i did, and checked that last (of coarse).. all i did was solder the broken fuse section, and its worked fine ever since! otherwise you have to go to the dealer and buy a whole new battery terminal (its a 1 piece unit, the fuses are built into the terminal)

messing with intercooler piping and a mini battery, it really sounds like #2 be your problem

Mine was the first scenario. Car squatted so hard during a slalom portion of an autox run and the tire ripped the abs sensor plug right off. However the OP didn't state whether the Anti Lock light went on as well. If ABS sensor disconnects, all three modes light up and Anti Lock light goes on. Good luck.

Same thing happened to me, I was like oh boy..... When the ebrake is engaged it disables the ACD as a precaution.

thats not true in the least... theres alot more to the acd system than air in the lines! yes, that could be one issue, and may solve the problem.. but its not a sure fire answer like you say! how do i know???? because ive done it...twice! 3 lights came on.. bled the system, no change, then found the wires were not connected because my tires ripped them from my wheelwell... (that was issue 1 and 2).. the second time i bled it was the 3rd time my lights came on.. no change... ended up being the fuse!

I have all three lights on as well, I jumperd pins 1 and 4 on my aldl (thanks black95tt) and got the dreaded code 82. Turned the key on waited 3 secs and pressed the gas pedal to the floor, no sound from the pump. I then went directly to the acd unit, unplugged the connector and hooked up a test light, turned the key on same process as before and heard the relay kick on and the test light came on. My acd unit is burnt up. I removed the little black cap covering the electric motor and noticed right away all the windings are burnt, no question about it...its fried.
