shouldnt lights be on ALL the time if the fuse is blown and not just come on after a few minutes ?

 

Yeah I think they would be mine ended up being just a low reservoir... Dumb of me not to start there but it was my first Evo and didn't know it was on it's own reservoir I assumed it was feeding of the transfercase. Simple fix works fine now
