How many brake light switches are there? Are there separate light switches for the left/right brake lights and the 3rd light on the spoiler??

 

no, there's one switch, it's on the brake pedal.

 

You don't have to make multiple post for the same thing. Your first post didn't make much sense. You said the brake lights aren't working but when you pull the buls out they are working? Are you sure you took the right bulbs out and checked if they get brighter when stepping on the pedal? Sounds like your bulbs are burnt out

 

My apologies for the double post. You are indeed correct it was just a burnt out bulb. I am a newbie and did not realize I was changing the wrong light to begin with. As well I didn't realize there were two filaments one for braking and one for running lights. All is working fine now I appreciate your help!
