How to maintain your evo.
Ok, recently I just bought an evo and I want to know how to maintain it. Oil change, air filter, whats the tire pressure, brake pads. I know oil change is every 3k, but I don't know the rest. Any hints on maintaining it is a help, thanks.

i will do my best to give you some pointers:
1) change the oil after 1000miles to get rid of the break in crap
2) i change my oil every 2000 miles but you can simply follow the owners manual.
3) change the tranny fluids as soon as you are done with the break in because some people find a lot of metal shavings in their oils after the break in.
4) the tire pressure is on the inside of your door as well as your owners manual, i think it is 29psi front and 32 psi rear.
5) when you change the oil, change the oil filter and don't forget to change that gasket/ring that goes with it.
6) you can check your air filter by opening the filter box and you can change it if you feel that it is dirty enough.
7) break pads you won't need to change for some time and you will be able to tell exactly when they need to be changed.
8) you can simply read the owner's manual which will tell you everything i just said
