evo8 newbie help

whats up guys, i know this is probly a real newb question but im new to the evo scene.i have a 2004 evo8 and i really want 2 step launch control,is it possible to just put a 05 ecu in my car and have the 2 step? any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated

Get your car tuned and the tuner can program a 2 step for you.

the 2 step rev limiter already exists inside your current ECU, its just not set correctly for you to use it. I believe mitsubishi did this to keep people from using it LOL.

When you get tuned they will set it up for you and there are also many other really cool things too ie knock light.

ok awesome........and not to be a pain in th a** but does anyone know what i should be looking to pay to get something like this done?also i live very close to buschur so id imagine it would be with them

dyno tuning is usually around 150/hr, but like others have said contact a local tuner for more exact rates.
