Well i have the flange welded onto my fabricated intake which is where my stock evo 9 bov is i cant just replace it?

yes im saying a tial blow off valve only works with the tial flange, so you need to have it welded on

So does what i have work lol ? Im not understanding you, is the tial and evo 9 bov the same size flange

no, you will get a flange with the tial blow off valve. then you need to have that welded on.

to correct you the tial q is the vta....tial qr is the recirculatory

I'm going to help you out, and you can thank me later.

get the Synapse DV. it's been tested up to 60psi, and you don't have to weld anything. it's a direct swap for the stock DV, driveability is great, and it holds. As reviewed by many on this site, besides the APS Twin vent (which is no longer made) it's one of the best, if not the best performing DV for our cars. It comes with everything you need to install it, and it works great. I'm running one on my car now and I love it.
