SOME SNOW?!?!?!?! We have been getting dumped on the past 2 winters. This car is made for the snow and I wouldn't want to drive anything else in the snow but my baby. The first storm we got after x-mas I was blasting through everything while retards in SUV's were getting stuck. Do yourself a favor though get a really really good set of snow tires just incase you do get a little frisky one day and decide to take her out.

A nice set of new Blizzaks sure would be awesome to have as I watch us get nailed with snow, sleet and ice. I am not yet at the point where I have three sets of tires for this, or four even. I need a set for each: DD/high miles (A/S), Summer performance (Dunlop Z1's), R-comps, and winter/snow tires. So many shoes, this car really is a "girl" personality.

I have a set of the Blizzaks on mine and I am in love. The stock advans are an accident waiting to happen when driving in the snow or in the winter in general. It''s literally like trying to drive a sled. The tires get to hard to have any grip at all. Great for the summer but horrible for the winter.

The one thing a salesman who was trying to say to steer me away from an STI is prtty true on these cars. Tires will cost you an arm and a leg over the long haul. I have had mine for over 2 1/2 years, DD from Exurbia to job, 50,000 miles, and I've gone through 2 sets of summer tires (OEM plus Z1's) and probably won't see another winter on the Yoko ASR's I'm running. Blizzaks are supposedly great in the snow, as you know, but I hear they will wear fast on summer/DD normal driving. The A/S tires on the other hand, I'll probably get 40-50k miles on these things. They don't inspire Blizzak confidence on the snow/ice, but they also aren't blatantly dangerous like the stockers are. Those summer extreme tires, for $200 min each, sure don't last much. Maybe 10k or less on those kind.

Hey guys I finally got on here to give you an update on the car!

I attached a picture of the car you can see the roof came out pretty sexy.

Also I contacted Ivey Tune about bringing her in for some goodies and a tune!

^ Yup, nice. I am contemplating a vinyl CF wrap for the hood, maybe spoiler someday. The CBD hood has really grown on me, it looks awesome against the silver paint. Black accents are someday going to be 50% of the surface color if I get my way.

Yeah I really like that whole look but I gotta make her a real Evo soon and get some power mods down and a tune, then I'll dabble in aesthetics
