Why do people take the wings off Evos when they are there for a certain reason?

 

i took mine off because i like the stealthier look and in my opinion looks a bit more aggressive, specially with the jdm rear bumper.

 

The look. Theyre very easy to put on and off. I dont get harassed by cops or ricers anymore

 

The wing isn't all that necessary for street driving. I would think the wing isn't all that functional untill you're hitting fairly high speeds, especially on a circuit track, etc.

I prefer the "stealthier" look myself. Less attention from cops and "ricers." I tune and drive my car for myself, not for everyone elses attention.

 

I took mine off cause I think it looks better. I have a rexspeed type c on there though.

 

I like how the evo looks with the wing
