The three little hoses are part of the egr system. It is called the EGR vacuum harness.

 

Hoses, you can match up at any autoparts store. Just make sure if its evap/fuel line you get fuel resistant hoses.

If it's just reg vac line you should be fine. Cut to length and install.

The noise you are talking about might not be normal. I would say try a Diaqueen fluid change and see if it calms down a bit.

If it whines at standstill could it be the power steering pump? Open the hood and rev it, find out where the noise is coming from. I hate noises!!

 

I put money on your throw out bearing. This should have been replaced when you did the clutch.

 

Just do a full check over the entire car before you go driving it again, that means check all your fluids and make sure every bolt, screw and nut is were it needs to be if you find that you are still having issues i recomend that you bring it to a evo specialist bro.

Btw do not get fustrated just get the car right and its smooth saling from there.
