me Idk haven't had it to the track and not worth only making 1 pass being I don't have proper safety stuff for the track.

guy gets in the car and turned white at 33 psi.
me: yeah your right my car is pretty slow
guy: I have no comment and walked back into the bar.

 

Do you guys ever try to describe to others why your car isn't "a lancer"? I try to explain why mine isn't an evo, to people who don't know much about cars...typically a losing battle. "but, you turbo'd yours...so it's an evo now?"

 

My friend said to me " Sounds like a whale is jumping in the water making splashed every time you accelerate." She started calling my car splash ever since then.

 

I stopped trying I just tell them "yep its a Lancer wanna race" being I have an RS.

 

same with mine since its wingless. I was at a meet a couple weeks ago and random rsx parks next to me.

Good question, just makes it easier for me to earn $$$ at the strip.

 

 

I have been around cars my whole life, my mom has most of her life as well. She doesn't know a lot about them, but she likes to go fast. I was giving her a ride in the Evo on kill mode when we pulled off the highway. At that point I was driving normal and she looks over and says "your car stopped sneezing" I then told her I wasn't getting into boost and the BOV wasn't venting any air. Made me laugh simply because she said it was sneezing. She used to say that when she rode in my 300zx TT as well.
