Search, search, search and ummm Search.... You should be able to break 400 on an Evo 9 turbo. If not consider buying an FP Green, along with all the supporting mods....

Depends on what the car is being used for, and the budget.

I'd recomend reading the modification upgrade path writeup. There's a lot of useful support in there to help you reach your goal. 450 shouldn't be to much of an issue considering your mods. I'd say all you really need to add would be a walbro 255, boost controller, gauges( boost & wideband), injectors , a slightly larger turbo( selection depends on your preference), and a most important a tune.

Depends on your goals and use for the car. Drag, auto X, road coarse, DD. E-85 and FP green is a great combo for a street car.

Ported or stock Evo 9 Turbo will be your best bet. Cheap, reliable, and proven. You'd have to run e85 or meth to take advantage of this turbo however.

If you're doing pump gas, FP Red would get you there without a doubt, considering you have the supporting mods.
