Wat the max moost we can get after reflash on a stock turbo.

....give me your evo, you don't deserve it asking a question like that. Worry more about how much torque and power you can make. A car can make 20psi, or 40 psi at the same power level, it's not a cut/dried answer of "here is the magic number". Take car to tuner, as him to do magic.

MAX MOOST? really, playerbanker? Air–fuel ratio (AFR) is the mass ratio of air to fuel present in an internal combustion engine. If exactly enough air is provided to completely burn all of the fuel, the ratio is known as the stoichiometric mixture, often abbreviated to stoich. AFR is an important measure for anti-pollution and performance-tuning reasons. do what this /\ guy says go to a tuner before you blow up a perfectly good EVO.
