Evo IX Engine light flashing

Not sure where to post this but maybe somebody can help.

Why does my engine light flash under boost? Could it be because there is no cat or is it a timing problem?

your ecu has been flashed. Light flashes when knock is detected.

You'll want to stay off the boost until it gets straighten out.

Ok i suspected that.Yes ecu flashed and 780cc injectors.I'll take it to Shivatuning here in SA.
Thanks guys.I'm a new Evo owner,only had the car for a week now but tuning was done by the previous owner.
Also no cat on 76mm exhaust.

no cat shouldnt matter. if the car is running tephra i would assume whoever put tephra in the car would have taken care of the CEL for the cat while they were in there. flashing CEL should be just becuase of knock. Just baby it until you get it sorted.
