Whats up Evo Community?? I’m Travis, I’m 19 yrs old. I’m Originally from Guyana, South America but I’ve been living in CA for almost a year now. I recently purchased an Evo. Its an 06 IX MR with 38k miles.


I picked it up on Saturday in San Jose, 6hrs away from LA and I had an awesome 370 miles drive back. This is my 1st turbocharged car and probably the fastest car I’ve ever driven. The handling of the evo is out of this world. It makes you feel so connected to the road it quite unbelievable. I think it makes u think you’re a better driver than you actually are.


I couldn’t be happier with it since I’ve been dreaming of having one since I was about 13-14 yrs old. I know that younger Evo owners are frowned upon by the community and I can definitely understand it. I don’t consider myself an arrogant chap and I’m here to learn and take advice from the older and experienced evo owners.

Thanks bro! hahaha yeah i know up in NYC there are soo many guyanese. I have family in Queens and Long Island.

paid 26k and they put brand new tires and changed all fluids. It had the lowest mileage and was the cleanest i could find within 500 miles lol

Thanks for the love guys. I'll be installing a turbo timer this weekend. I know it's not really necessary but it gets a bit annoying sitting in the car for 1 or 2 minutes while i'm in a rush.
