Oh.. He said, He bought it from dealership with loan
and they reported it as 50,000 , not like 50,132 50,121 ,etc.
so what he saying is, his carfax when he bought the car doesn't have any issues as mine.
and He said there wasn't any mileage fraud or switched dash or not working.
He told me he lost his title once , and get it duplicate 02/2012. thats only issue he's been through
and the mileage is actual mileage,
Okay so its what he told me, well I think the miles are on right track.
I think DMV just suspect that 50,000 isn't actual mileage .

If it was salvage/rebuild, it would say right on the title! atleast it would here in Wisconsin
If he unplugged the rear 02 sensor and put the wideband gauge in its place, then yes, perfectly normal.

My car doesn't have actual mileage. It's easy to do when the title gets a typo on it and the previous owner doesn't get it fixed right away. I still bought my evo with mileage issues.
The Arizona DMV fat fingered the mileage and put 750000 on the original title. So when i purchased it from a dealership that got it from a Arizona auction that issue just followed it. Still didn't deter me, but when i went to register it at the DMV and put 105,000 miles it doesn't match up and caused a not actual mileage issue.
Unless your paying top dollar I wouldn't worry about it.

He told he he didn't even know there was an issue
He said he still have his carfax right before he purchased a car, and
there was nothing just clean title.
Does this thing cause less value if I try to sell the car later ?
There's no accident or rebuilt whatsoever, just the NAM title.
I would just drive the car very lightly until you get a tune. As for the mileage issue it might turn away buyers but I dont think it will affect the value. I will have my evo for a long time its just up to you.

Will buy a car and he said he can't get me DC since there's nothing wrong with mileage, and he didn't even know DMV messed his title. And it doesn't affect anything

He seems very honest, car was flawless. will pick up the car soon and post pic
since I live in IN, I might go to AMS and let'em dyno tune my car on may .
It is Okay to drive it carefully without tune ? or should I get it tuned immediately?
and A/F guage, what number is average? I think I saw 12-14 when i testdrove it .
Thank you for comment !

Around 15 at idle is where you want to be on 93 octane. That a/f is ok to drive on, better to drive rich than lean
Higher=lean=detonation
Lower=rich=no blown motor, but will not run right.
