Just because you appreciate your car does not mean that you're not spoiled...and those kids at your "skool" who crash their BMW's are insured, just like you. That may be the reason they get a new car. I also feel (just my personal opinion) that this car is just too much (both in cost and performance) for someone in high school...but that's just my opinion and I'm sure your parents took into consideration these factors when they purchased the EVO for you.

 

Jealous of what? The incredible talent of kids in high school to get the ladies?

But to be honest, I'm just happy that I've worked hard over the years to get to the point where I can afford some of the nicer things in life...like an EVO

35 on my 3rd DSM and 5th turbo car first was a 87 mirage turbo PR edition loaded 1990 eclipse GSX and now the evo.
the other turbos were an 87 suzuki 3cyl and a 2001 new beetle GLX

IMO getting a 30G car from your parent without a sweat...that's pretty spoil...but i m not saying you don't apperciate you car
