I reckon you're old when you'd rather talk about doing something instead of actually doing it. I reckon you're young when you'd rather mouth off than prove yourself. From what I'm hearing on this board, sounds like almost everyone's done just right.

Congrats to everyone else on this board who's become a proud owner of a Lan Evo, they're hot cars, no matter what those Sti owners say.

I bought my Evo this past Oct. when I was 24. Can't wait to turn 25 to save on the insurance. Before that I had a '95 Toyota pickup and was dying to get into a rocket like this. Love the car and ROCK ON for everyone that has one no matter of the age. All I can say is well maybe two things if it is your first car be careful because she gets a little silly some times and another one if it is your first car it is going to be a hard one to follow.

I'm 20, but I have a RalliArt, not a EVO (I wish) Where the hell do you 16-23 year olds get your money for an EVO anyways? Unless you're living at home still that's hard to do. I guess having a job that only pays 11 an hour doesn't help me much either..

I would guess Mom and Dad for most. Very few people have either the cash or the credit to purchase a $30K car before age 23, not to mention afford the insurance, although I am sure there are exceptions. I made more money than I could spend (well, not quite) when I was in my early 20s and owned my own business. FYI, 35 now.

Just turned 26 in January. I remember this time last year dreaming about this car when it first hit the shores. I had just landed a big promotion at work same time last year and my love for this car drove my success. Before long I had a new Evo in my garage by October! So I guess when I bought this car I was 25.

I'm 34 and I never felt that old until I got my evo. Seems that every young kid thinks your the coolist because you have one, which is kinda fun. (I sure dont remember high school girls lookin that good ). reminds me when i was a kid and just getting into cars. Anyhow, this car puts a smile on my face everytime I drive it, and its not a dime a dozen like my G35 was .
