Whats an E85

I know it's probably the biggest newbie question to ask but this is why im in the newbie forum haha

Its 85% corn fuel, ethanol. has higher octain then gas 110 I think. runs cooler to, but needs upgrades and tune to use.

A type of fuel alot cheaper then race gas but requires alot bigger injector and fuel pump

Where is it usually obtained because places around me only have like 10% ethanol and regular gas

And would it be better to use 93 octane over E85?

Great question. I have seen dumb people put e85 in their car with out knowing what it is.

Flexfuel is a GM terminology that allows their cars to run on either fuel, E85 or gasoline. Doesn't matter if customers ends up using it or not.
