Hey guys my name is mario. I have been a evo owner for about 3 years and my friend pointed me to this site to help me with my ????? I am currently living in Texas with only a few months actually left. I guess i should have said this first but I am a member of the United States Air Force and proud of it. I just currently received a new assignment forcing me and my family to move to the birth place of the evo. If you could not guess it thats right i am moving to Japan and excited to go. I joined this site in order to get some ideas on trouble shooting my car and seeing what performance i can get best for the $$$ If you have anything to ask me please do so I will try to get back with you guys in a timely manner. Thanks guys!!!! I am being stationed in yokota,AB. But unfortunatly I can not take my vehicle over there . But its ok i hear there are plenty of tuners over there from silvias, to supras and everything in between. Pretty excited about it.

 

oh yeah. how do i upload a pic of my car? I have a pretty sic one in a jet engine test cell where i used to work. lol

 

You can take it, its just costs you money out of pocket when it gets here. There's guys that have shipped vehicles from the US here.

There are plenty of fast cars over here. You can get evos 1-7 easy. There are also some really neat cars you probably haven't heard of. Nissan Pulsar GTi-R, like a golf gti on steroids. GT-Four Celica.

Don't come over here and get a silvia or skyline.
Ok maybe a GTR is cool.

you staioned at yokota? nice you would'nt happen to be a jet troop? Yea a couple of my buddies have been stationed over in Japan and that everything is different over there. Besides the obvious driving on the wrong side of the road, and the way some of the locals dress. As far as my nice tuner goes I have a family so my i may have to settle for some sort of weird family vehicle over there. Any advise for a way to get a decent car when I get there? cheap?

As far as a car, what are you going to be looking for? Just family van or fast 4 door?

 

My apologies for the late response. It has been a pain in my *** to getting my orders all in line. Yes as far as a car I am still very young (i hope) and I think a fast 4 door would be more of my style. I think my wife would kick me if I were to show up with a van..... lol so any input would be much appreciated!!
