Wink New Evo 6.5 TME Owner from UK

Hi Chaps,

I'm new to the Evo scene, but not to the tuning scene having owned and tuned a number of Subaru's in the past.

Anyway I've had the TME for just over a week now, and looking at getting involved with the ECU Mapping side of things, hence I found my way on here.

I have tried to register on the geekmapped forum but to no avail

Anyway I'll now go and do some research, and start posting questions, lol

Cheers,

Keith

Welcome. Since this is a newbie forum, maybe a pic of the greatest evo of all time? The TME?

Of course, excuse the quality though as they were taken on my iPhone

Thank you guys, it is slowly growing on me.

The only problems it had really was play in a bush on the rear control arm which I have upgrade both sides using powerflex versions, and also it needed a new inner track rod end on the drivers side front. Then a new set of tyres.

The original wheels need a refurb as they have bubbled in places, so that is on the to do list.

Cheers,

Keith

Thanks again guys, I love it too

Mods so far, not much to be honest:

HKS Dome Filter and HKS Hard pipe from turbo to MAF tube
Powerflex rear inner contol arm bushes
Bridgestone Tyres

To Do List:

Refurb the wheels and apply new Enkei stickers etc
Replace Standard Exhaust with a C-Tec Turbo Back System 3"
Cambelt change
Carbon Timing Belt Cover
Carbon Spark Plug Cover
Carbon Bonnet Lifters
Carbon Cool Panel
Carbon Air Intake Duct on bonnet
Upgraded Fuel Pump
Re-map
I may upgrade the turbo to an 80 series turbo as I believe that is a very good upgrade.
Replace standard rubber hoses with Samco or similar
Powder coat or paint various brackets and the bonnet vents due to paint fading
Replace Nuts and Bolts with Stainless versions where it is safe to do so

That's about it really because I want to keep it as standard as possible, but just freshen it up a little.

Thanks,

Keith
