hesitation

hesitation

decided to change my spark plugs and oil today in my 2003 lancer es. i found that the two with the modules on top were coated in oil, and now that ive changed them out, my car hesitates and jerks during acceleration. HELP PLEASE!!!!

Is it only during acceleration? Does it idle rough? It could be the gaps in the sparkplugs, loose sparkplug wire connection, basically a number of things. You got the firing order correct right?

firing order is correct, and the spark plugs are the kind that you dont need to gap. Bosch double platinum. could be the wires. im letting it cool down while im doing school work then ima check that

figured out it was one of the stems. it popped out while i was driving, looks like its a little too big for the hole, gonna buy a new set next week.
