If it doesn't do OBD2 codes it is probably an aftermarket ECU like AEM Haltech etc.

You mean SUPERFAST. Look behind the glove box for a hint as to ecu.

What supporting mods do you have to run 30 psi? I'm curious, sounds fast.

Is the Tcase leaking oil inbetween the trans and Tcase or is the Tcase getting filled with Trans oil?? If the Tcase is getting filled with trans oil it will leak, from the seals and vent. Also there is a inner seal inside the Tcase that trans fluid runs thru to the passanger side bearing of the Tcase, this is why my IX tcase blew the seal was blown and let trans fluid into the Tcase and it kept coming out everywhere even after i replaced the seal on the drivers side. I didnt see how the oiling was untill i took the Tcase totally apart and followed the Oil passage, hense the small O-ring on the Tcase to Trans :/

Well they are fixing it for the third time now, not sure exactly what it is. I took it to a mechanic to get it lifted after their work was finished and there was large amounts of silica...not sure what they were trying to pull off. Thank you for the info. It takes them a week to do it every time. I am taking it to my mechanic as soon as they finish it this round. This is getting old. Thankfully they guarantee their work for a year each time, so if my tcase blows I will hopefully *fingers crossed get a new one. They do say its the seal, the #s are MD727944 ORING tcase, MD743812 ORING tcase, MR980100 Oil seal tcase. Are they missing something? By what I saw the oil is coming from the top of the tcase.

your car 99% does not have the stock map on it, and if the 1% chance that it does, i'd sell it or prepare to sink money into it
I completely agree... but I'm also concerned that you're buying it from a dealer, who more than likely, knows next to nothing about aftermarket performance tuning while repairing it. It's good that it's under warranty, but I'm not so sure they're the ones that should be gremlin hunting under your hood.

Sketchy since you will probably never know the car's history. You could easily still fall into the 99% from above, and still have to sink a ton of money into it. I hope it all turns out well for you.

Well the truth finally came out. My mechanic who works on evos went over there and discovered a cracked transmission housing. I hear they are gonna try to weld it otherwise I'll get a new one under warranty. Oh what a mess.
