Headers
Ok, ill be the first one to say evom is turning into hondatech. How hard is it to search? Open up google, type in evom (question) and go from there
Btw. Dont buy any ebay manifolds, they crack. Port the stock one

Headers? Last I checked the 4G63 was an inline 4 with one bank of cylinders, therefore one manifold (or "header"). Also, a header is something you find on a non-turbo Civic. On a turbo car, it's referred to as a tubular manifold.
Anyways, steer clear of cheap eBay tubular manifolds. I had a cheapy Pacesetter on my old Talon and it cracked 3 times. I ended up selling it to some ricer after welding it again and went with a stock cast manifold. If you want a good quality tubular manifold to last a long time worry-free, you will have to spend money on a proven one from a reputable vendor.
An eBay header on a non-turbo car is one thing, but when it has to support the weight of a turbo hanging off it you will find it doesn't last very long without being rewelded and reinforced.

Port the stocker. I've talked to a couple different companies that have told me you won't see huge gains on a stock turbo though since they flow very well stock. For what it's worth.
Im running a megan racing manifold and it did help my top end a bit from an unported stocker. As long as you chose an o2 housing with a stock location mount like the invida you should not see any extra stress on the manifold since that supports the majority of the turbo's weight.

This thread is so much win.
I'm sure it will happen to the GT-R forums once those cars are old enough to allow the average joe to buy one.

EDIT: To be helpful, port the stock exhaust manifold and get it ceramic coated. Unless you're running a bigger turbo, you don't need a fancy stainless exhaust manifold.

Don't get eBay manifolds just listen to everyone and don't do it. Go a get your stock ported you'll get better results with the stock ported, I'm sure you want a deferent manifold look when you pop the hood open but trust everyone one here and get it ported. You can get one for 100$ shipped from josh@spec-ops on this site. You just send them your manifold and they send you a ported one.
