Looks like you are missing the rest of your exhaust as well after the O2 housing.
Given the level of the question you just asked, I would recommend finding a good shop in your area to help you out

Time for you to do lots and lots of research.

How did you drive this like this lol? Did it fall off?
What manifold is that, it is not ETS but the kit kind of looks like ETS with that exception.... Id look into getting a better MBC as well as a TiAL wastegate.
Wastegate you need:

MBC I recommend:

I get that it isnt a typical stock turbo arrangement. Even so there is still a manifold, o2 housing, and downpipe before the catback portion. Look here:

The "o2 housing", downpipe, and exhaust manifold are all there. And you would never see the catback portion of the exhaust from this angle anyways, unless there was no engine in the bay, but I can pretty much guarantee that it's there. The reason that "o2 housing" is in quotes is because it is just part of the downpipe in this case. It's considered a turbo outlet and is connected to the turbo hotside just like an o2 housing would be, but instead of bolts, it is a v-band connection and, unlike a normal t3 kit, the turbo housing, or "o2 housing", and downpipe are simply one piece of pipe with an o2 sensor bung welded to it instead of the normal 2 piece design where the turbo outlet and downpipe are separate and usually connected via a v-band connection.
Oh, and +1 for a new MBC. I second the recommendation for the hallman pro.
Haha, don't worry, you're not the only one that needed to look at the picture harder.
Or some people just need to learn what they're looking at.
But, to the OP, the links Kaonashi's post above are the things you need to buy. The hallman pro MBC and the Tial MV-R v-band wastegate. You also need to contact MAP, ETS, AMS, or any fab shop really, and have them make you a dump tube for the wastegate. Other than that, I just have one question: How did you buy this car and get it home without realizing that the wastegate was missing?
