How much would you pay for a brand new 2012?

I found a dealer that has a brand new 2012 GSR SSS in stock and wants $30,990 pus taxes, fees, and registration. I feel that is a little higher for a car that is 2 years old now. What are your opinions on how much I should pay?

Your description is pretty vague. How many miles are on it?

Being that the car is a 2012 and approaching soon 2 years old, I still think that's a pretty good deal for the car. It's brand new. My buddy last summer bought a brand new EVO X GSR SSS for $36,900. $30,990 is still a pretty good price for a SSS. I would see if they would come down a little bit more but if not, that's still a good price

Well then, I would say that's a pretty good deal. Also to add, around here there was a 2012 for sale that I saw listed with MANY more miles on it for the same price. So I wouldn't argue to much about it.

I thought it was a valid question. Just because its new doesnt mean it has very low miles. Here is a brand new 2012 with 4700 miles on it. New means it had never been titled before. Not that it has 0-20 miles on it.

Edit** OP, I think that is a good price. Go for it.

What is SSS? Is that the SS (Sight & Sound)? Or does that mean the SS plus the SL (Sun & Leather)?

It has the sight and sound package, no sunroof I guess. I am going to see if it's still available when I get home from my vacation.

I bought my 2011 with 27 miles on it for a similar price, about a week before the 2013s hit the lot.

I would pick that up in a heart beat. I guess it really varies depending on the area you live but I don't know how some of ya'll get the pricing you do. Getting about $7k off a brand new Evo is unheard of in my area. Even if it is almost 2 years old. The best you will find her is about $3k off.

We have dealerships like this:

http://sanantonio.craigslist.org/ctd/3702735570.html

They sell a used 2012 base model Evo with 7k miles for $37k.

I envy some of the prices ya'll are able to get.
