Fuel issues need help !!!!!

Hello evolutionm, here's another fuel problem :s. I have a 03 Evo 8 that I can't seem to get running. I rebuilt the engine a few months back and it ran fine the first day I drove it, but the next morning it started bogging when under boost pressure, had a rough idle with low fuel pressure then eventually stop starting. after the badic checks i realized i was getting no spark or injector puls, so i got a new crank, cam, and map sensor. it started rite up but i still had low fuel pressure so I checked my fuel pump an notices the inside of my fuel tank was rusted. So I went ahead and bought a fuel cell and new inline Bosch 044 fuel pump and new stainless steel braided fuel lines. I have proper fuel pressure now but car runs to rich and fouls out plugs in a matter of minutes. I Tried turning down fuel pressure an putting stock injectors back in even removing a little fuel with a safc 2 but it still runs rich an fouls out the plugs. Any suggestions ?

Car running :
Flash ecu
Stock fuel rail
Aeromotive fuel pressure reg.
690cc injectors /changed to 510s
Bosch 044 fuel pump
Ngk v-power #8 spark plugs
272/264 cams
Safc2 / now changed to FIC

A recent customer has similar issues at idle and decel. He did a rewire of the fuel pump mod and is seeing 60 psi at idle. It should be 43psi. He was told that a adjustable FPR won't help. I'm wondering if you can adjust your FPR to 43 psi at idle. Give it a shot.

tried that today....no luck, had it as low as 40psi. it idled good for about 10 seconds then began the rough idle again. i gave it a little throttle, the rev limiter came on along with a ton of black smoke out the exhaust then it shut itself down. i pulled the plugs an they were black an soaked with gas
