I'm looking at purchasing a 2007 Phantom Black Mitsubishi Evolution with the performance pack extras. I have already inspected it and it's a very nice car. It's stock apart from a 3 inch exhaust. There's a slight scuff mark on the front bumper, and there's two spots where it seems bird poo has etched into the paint. The interior is in pretty good nick apart from some wear on the gear knob and steering wheel. It's only got 40000kms on it too which is the lowest I have found. The guy is asking $39,500 for it but I think that is way too steep.

What do you guys think?

dont know what the going rate is over in your country but that sounds excessively high for the mileage. i would pass unless the car new costs 55k where u live.
