Thats near impossible with the lip around the hole and the cover over top. Keep an eye on that. Did they do a leak down test?

So we just changed the spark plugs, car ran fine for about 30 min, boostin and running well, all good and now it starts to stumble at 20psi...

And that's just how it started before we found water in the sparkplug (only one).

Water coolant fluid is fine, it idles fine. Maybe ****ty (but very ****ty) gas?

Your spark plugs were soaked in water?? might want to do a compression test. Had an incident on my other car were the detailer cleaned my engine bay and somehow water got into the motor and was down on compression on one of the cylinders however the car ran fine for a while.

so... you have no idea what gap they are? Taking them out to check the gap should be next on your troubleshooting checklist. They should be around .020-.024

Shouldn't make that much difference. If 18 is highway mpg, either you're running E85 or there's something wrong with your right foot or your car

Big cams in a stock turbo are fine. Get it tuned and keep the mods. Fix that mpg issue.

Sounds like collang getting into the engine as well. Time to check to see if the head lifted.
