One of the local window tint pro shops is running a special and I was thinking of whether or not I should get my car tinted. I've only had the car for 2 months and some people seem to think that it's better to have tint down at least 6 months later.

Is there any valid reason for waiting other than wanting to keep the brand new look? Just curious.

 

From what i understand, the sooner the better. I had my older car tinted, and there was little pits in the windows from driving with the windows down, which made little spots on the tint. Thats what the tint guy told me at least.

 

I got my windows tinted the day I bought the car, limo tint all the way around with 35% on the front windshield! Florida sun is a killer and with this I can keep my car cool and stop the "haters" from looking in lol!

 

I tinted my car two weeks of having it. I gotten used to having it in my 350z and couldn't stand the amount of light coming into the car. I had the tints on my car for about 9000k already. Best First mod ever!
