I'm not sure how you didn't find anything when there's this thread stickied at the top of the same forum you posted this in, and the first post mentiones 18" rims with 42 offset (and then goes on to provide just about anything you need to know about getting rims for any 02/03 Lancer).

But anyway, those should fit fine. But make sure to check page 2 of that thread for acceptable tire sizes (I think 215/35/18 is one of them)
