Very good all around performer that fit's 4 people....or in my case ME AND 4 KIDS!

 

I needed a 4-door "family" type car, and still wanted the power of the 4G63 since I also own a 98' GST! Didn't want to give up the turbo, and it had all the other features I needed, so I went with it!
Also, love the history behind the Evolution, and always wanted to get one when I had my Eclipse...then my 2nd child came into my life, and it gave me a great reason to go out and get one!

 

Man, you guys covered all the bases I don't know what else to add!! Let's see...the reasons I bought it are:

1) 4 doors
2) pretty large trunk!!
3) easy to work on (forget about the boxer engine)
4) turbocharged
5) price range

My previous car was a '09 BMW M3 and that sh*t was the hardest thing in the world to work on. I swear, BMW doesn't want their owners touching the car anywhere besides the seat and steering wheel. It's about time for a fast car that is civil enough to be a daily driver, yet can hand everyone their butts on the track.

 

cause its a 4door very easy to modify and extract a lot of power for so little money and because its awd

 

Because I spent $70,000 into Subaru and got treated like crap..
I can't find a brand new Skyline R34 V-Spec II with no miles any more since they quit making them last decade
The Elise wasn't fast enough for me and didn't have any creature comforts at all
I can't afford a 911 GT-3
I love AWD cars for daily driving
Because it's a rare car here and I like unique
Because even modified SRT-4s hate me now
Because forced induction is the only way to go when you live over 5000 ft

 

I was bored that day.

 

Gran Turismo made me want to get one! so i got a mirage.....

 

I was tired of fixing my VW and putting money into a car that gets little performance from BIGGGG $$$$. I'm obsessed with Supras (hence my name), but I couldn't find one I really liked. Long story short, when my buddy bought his evo, he made me drive it and it was love from there. So here I am.

 

I already tried the subaru scene, Evo's just seemed to be a better drivers car.

 

1- AWD
2- Turbo
3- 4 door 4 more ******.

 

I bought and Evo because I can. GOD BLESS AMERICA AND THE JAPANESE OF COURSE!!!

 

It looks like the Civics I see in the barrio.

 

Evo was just what was next for me. I am dsm guy. Whats better than a dsm?? An evo, and only an evo lol. AS many will agree, the evo is just a modern dsm with 4 doors. Whats not to love about them?
