Is there a link maybe we can look at so we can see the entire mod list?

Excellent question, i'd like to see the mod list as well.

As for reliability, anything over sustained 30psi+ on stock internals is when you start to notice reliability problems and require a more racy build. I will "assume" that the person obviously has it built. Just know that it will require a lot of care, fluids changed very frequently, away from the elements, etc... And if something goes wrong you are most likely only going to be able to service it at a tuner shop and/or have to buy performance replacement parts. Don't get me wrong, good aftermarket builds do exist, but they are not meant to be driving daily... would this be a daily driver too?

Who tuned it
Who built it
Compression leakdown test numbers
COMPLETE parts list
Contact information for who built it
Get a shop that I trust to thoroughly inspect the car

So on and so forth..

There are VERY few cars are reliable with 800 hp with 4 cylinder.
Let alone the 40+ psi boost.

Besides receipts, I'd also ask for a dyno printout. Lots of folks tell tall stories about how much power their car makes.

I would also assume HOW you drive will play into reliability. If your boosting 30+ every single day then dont expect that car to give you a hassle free time. Im sure driving it considerably while still having all that power on tap should be just as reliable as a far more modest evo.

Coming from a 800hp evo myself , It's not so reliable , things just go wrong running around in the high hp evo's , now the GTR at 1000hp is super reliable doesn't miss a beat.

This.

Not to mention, posting a link to the car in question would help. Hard to say how reliable anything will be (in theory) without a complete parts list at the bare minimum.
