New guy here, looking to buy!
Hey guys, my name is Mike and I live in WI. I joined this site about two years ago when I bought my first evo (2008 Evo X w/ SSS in GG) but wasn't every active. Since a year ago, I sold the evo due to trans issues with the car. It was the worst mistake I've ever made. I now drive a 2014 Subaru WRX in satin white pearl, and I'm looking to get back into an evo!
Any help finding a new evo in my area (or close) would be incredibly appreciated! The things are so damn hard to find at a good value at dealerships so I'd really like to make a move somewhat quickly (before may??) Thanks!

wouldnt you just call up all your dealers in your state and see if they have an X on the floor, then do a deal?

It's not like you can't get your money back from the WRX. They have a pretty high resale value since everybody and their mother wants to buy one. My advice is go on NASIOC and privately sell your car. From that profit buy an Evo, problem solved
As far as finding an Evo hit up the classified section here, or autotrader..cars.com...etc, if you're patient enough you'll find the right one!

My WRX definitely has resale value, but finding the right X ANYWHERE is seriously difficult. I've been looking for another one for almost two years now and I just can't seem to find one that hasn't been abused.
Long story short on how i ended up with the WRX; i was having trans problems and it was a better situation for me to buy the new wrx and wait two years so i could sell it for more than its worth than to fix it and risk any other issues (because i didn't buy it right, the previous guy beat the hell out of it).
