There's a local guy here trying to sell an AP1 vert. He let me drive it, they're quick but he wouldn't let me Rev it as high as I wanted. 5000 RPM and he was getting antsy LOL.
Honestly I still haven't gotten to drive or even ride in an Evo... sadly.

Ya this is an old guy I've known a long time. He just used it as a Sunday cruiser, completely unaware of its potential. This things mint.

depending on condition and mileage, that's a great price. all the once in CA are expensive! that's the price we pay for convertible weather, i guess.
flying out and driving back would be an awesome first-time drive.

lol. Me too, I had an Eclipse GSX for a while. I drove it to the mitsu dealer to stare at Evos all the time (when it wasn't sitting around with a crankwalked motor). I like to think that the wait made finally getting one all that much sweeter.

Being a member of this site makes it so much worse to haha. Reading all the awesome stories and talking to a bunch of cool Evo owners is a blast. I've been wanting one for 5 years or so now and finally have the cash. Who'd have guessed that FINDING one was going to be the real problem...
