New member, getting back into evos

Hi everyone! Sold my evo early this year and regretted it every day since. Looking forward to buying another and getting to know some other fellow evo enthusiasts! Cheers and happy New Year!!

Hey Matt

You had a nice EvO for sure. If you do get another, will it be a 2nd (weekend car?)

Thanks for joining us the EvOM boards

Thanks for the welcome! It will most likely be a daily driver until I pick up a second vehicle, then the evo will become the weekend car

Yeah, your best choice for really enjoying the EvO is to make it your weekend only

Yea, I daily drove my last evo for a year and a half. Bought it stock with 59k miles and sold it with 113k on it, so it definately served it's time well with me. The next one I'd like to not rack up quite as may miles haha

Wow that's a lot of driving.

My first EVO was my daily as well. I put about 95k miles on it 5 years or so.

Do you have a specific EVO model in mind? 8? 9? MR?

Yea I drove it alot and it definately was the best car I've ever owned. I'd love another 8 or 9, but if a clean X comes my way, I would definitely consider it. Not really looking for an MR, I like the 5 speed much better.
