New to posting in the forums

What's going on everyone. I hope your builds are going great and cars are running smooth! I am not new to reading the forums and trying to look stuff up as I have owned my Evo 9 since 2015 now but I am new to posting here. Little back story on my car. I have a buddy I work with that got an Evo 8 and took me for a ride in it and from that point I fell in love with the car so I had to get one myself. Turns out someone I knew in the local car community was selling his Evo 9 MR so I jumped at the chance to buy it without question. I purchased it in Feb of 2015. It basically was stock except for some basic bolt on stuff like turbo manifold and intercooler piping etc. I had drove it like that up until July of 2018 when I was on my way into work and my ALT decided to die on me and at that point I had put the car in my shop and I started a loooooooooooooooong rebuild period. I just finished the rebuild recently and just started the car for the first time in 3 years on July 31st 2021. I stripped the exterior down and got the rust off the bottom and epoxy primered it then put raptor bed liner on the underbody. I also repainted the engine bay the OEM color. Engine was completely rebuilt with Manley H beams, Manley Pistons, all GSC head components including S2 cams. Also got the radium complete fuel system and restored my fuel tank since it was starting to look a little rough. Transfer case was rebuild by ShepTrans and I am now running an FP Red turbo with SS tubing housing. All that and she started up and runs fine. I am currently in the middle of getting it tuned and loving this car all over again. I only have one check engine light (P0463) which I am assuming I fudged up the fuel level float when I put the new radium enclosure in so I have to pull that to double check it. Speaking of which does anyone know if we can just grab one of those Denso fuel level floats to replace the stock if it is bad? I can't find any info on just replacing the fuel float. Other than that the car is running good but I have not got into any boost yet, but hopefully soon. So I hope everyone is doing good and thank you to everyone for all the great technical information I have researched and had to use from this site, really is a great community and never would be able to figure out some of the issues without you all. Have a great day!

Oh my Gosh! Wow, nicely done there Brother. The full restoration & build!

Super nice! That fuel system!

We share a few of the same components (EvO9 / FA coilovers & the cams) You got me beat on most all other things LOL

If you like, you can post all these pics in the "Build thread" as many members dont visit this section that often. This should be documented in that forum if you would like?

Good golly guy that's some bloody awesome work! Out of curiosity what exhaust manifold hardware did you use, the nuts look coppery and what's up with that?

@osetsky Thanks!!!! They are copper plated lock nuts, I got the hardware from @ForcedPerformance . I will put the link below. I previously had ARP SS hardware but they always came loose on me so I figured I would try something new this go around.
