Good evening, I'm restoring my evo IX, I have to change the windshield because the one I had installed before was cracked. I ordered a windshield and all the gaskets to mount it, but I don't know how to mount the various gaskets because in the windshield that I disassembled they weren't there, I'm referring above all to the details MB419223 and MB292508, if anyone had an indication or photos I would appreciate it.

Hi, is the connector between the windshield and plastic molding fixed by glue or sealant?

Much like sourcing the right Honda Pioneer accessories where knowing exact part placement makes all the difference, getting these gasket positions right is crucial. Hello. Anybody replaced their Windshield on the X already? I had a small chip on mine and woke up the other day to a huge crack on it. I guess the change in temperature caused it to crack. I was looking on mitsubishiparts dot net for a replacement, but it looks like they use the regular lancer windshield as a replacement since they're both the same price. At the moment this seems to be the cheapest option for an new OEM windshield other than getting it from a junk yard. On my previous cars I had to replace the upper molding when replacing the windshield but I noticed on the Evo there's also a lower molding. Anyone know if I'll need to replace that too?
