Oh my god whats that sound?

Just finished washing and waxing(nice and shiny)

Anyways, I put all that "hot rims" wheel cleaner all over my wheels and all over the brake pads and rotors. When I was all done rinsing everything out I backed into my driveway and when I pressed on the brakes it made this huge sound like the Titanic was trying to make a full stop. It freaked me out.

Is it just cause theyre wet? they'll go away right?

It should go away fairly quickly...it is probably a combination of being wet and having the cleaning stuff on it. Don't worry...
