I have had my EVO for about three weeks now and the lower fabric clamp for the drivers seat keeps poping off. I have to push it back into place everytime I get into the car. I have taken it in and they tell me that it should be fixed but it seems that I need to request a new seat. I was just wanting to know if anyone else is having this issue?

Thanks YellowFever. After I posted I did some more searching and found other post. How do you like your G35? I almost bought one instead of the EVO.

 

I had a thread on this in one of the other forums.

Trick is to fold it under and get all three "clips" in place. The first two (rear and middle) are fairly easy, but the front will look like its in place, but is on the wrong rail. I fixed this three times before I got it right and now it's like new and doesn't pop off.

put a little window sealer in the track and put it back and let is cure

 

How much do you weigh? I think it happens because if you weigh more than 200lbs you compress the leather on the side enough to where there's enough slack for it to just pop off of the track.

 

Do you guys realize that this thread is 2 years old?

How the %@$ did you even find it?
