Becareful with glue removers... some are really strong and might damage your paint job, if you don't know how to use them. I used WD40, and it worked. After you have removed all the gluey crap, don't forget to buff your car... to make all the lines from the badges blend in with your car.

Really I just rubbed it off with my finger. Did not do any damage that I can see. But then the dealship thingy had been on for the year maybe the glue had aged.

Do it the right way. Buy a product called "cleaner wax" from Autozone, Pep Boys, etc. It does what the name implies. Should remove it, no problem.

WD40 and rub w/ your fingernail (or credit card; very carefully). Thats what I did with mine and it worked perfectly. You can heat the glue a little with a blow dryer to soften it up if it's cool out when you do it. If you have any marks in the paint, like swirl marks, use something like meguires #7 paste. Easy as cake! Don't waste money on goo gone if you allready have WD40, plus it's cheaper.

Good luck. Let me know if you need more help. Feel free to PM me.

I had this very same problem and tried just about everything to get it off. Go to the dealership and tell them your problem, ask them to use dealersol cleaner on it. Its designed to be used on car surfaces and will not damage the paint. I just bought a whole can of it for $16 I think, the stuff works very well and is great to have around.

Never use brake fluid Never Never Never. It will eat the paint right down to the metal. Well I guess it will remove the glue too!
